From 10 to 17, the 2026 Youth Entrepreneurs Forum on Supporting the Construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City Economic Circle, themed "Youth Wisdom in Dazu · Creating the Future Together," was held in Dazu District, Chongqing. Over 150 guests from across the country—including young entrepreneurs, young scientists and engineers, members of the 4th batch of doctoral service teams dispatched by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Communist Youth League Central Committee, and outstanding youth representatives from Sichuan and Chongqing—gathered in Dazu to jointly shape a new blueprint for the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City Economic Circle.
This event is jointly organized by the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, the CPC Dazu District Committee of Chongqing, and the Dazu District People's Government of Chongqing. It features field research, guest meetings, a thematic conference, specialized seminars, and industry matchmaking sessions to build a collaborative platform for youth talent, innovation resources, and industrial capital, mobilizing young forces to empower the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City Economic Circle.
Starting from 10/15, the Doctor Service Group established three specialized research teams focusing on industrial development, state-owned asset finance, and healthcare. These teams conducted on-site visits to park enterprises and medical institutions to assess needs and offer recommendations for upgrading Dazu's industries and improving public welfare. On 10/16, young entrepreneurs and young technology professionals arrived in Dazu for research and exchanges. The young entrepreneurs' team visited key enterprises in the Economic Development Zone and High-tech Zone to observe current industrial development, while the young technology professionals' team engaged with innovation-driven companies through technical matchmaking sessions to lay the groundwork for project cooperation. On 10/17, an exchange conference was held at the Dazu Rock Carvings Academic Lecture Hall. During the event, the Dazu District Government presented investment opportunities, systematically explained the district's "Two Zones and Five Parks" industrial layout, and highlighted its location advantages, policy incentives, and development prospects.
To date, the Baoding Conference has been successfully held four times. Over the past 4 years, the conference has leveraged young people as a bridge to accelerate the integration of regional industries, talent, and innovation resources. It has organized more than 800 young entrepreneurs to visit Chongqing for investment promotion, research, and industrial matching, becoming a key platform and signature brand for the Communist Youth League organizations in Sichuan and Chongqing to jointly serve the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City Economic Circle.
