Crafting fresh visual stories, mastering skills to boost promotion. To address real business needs, strengthen comprehensive capabilities, and enhance employees' practical skills in new media promotion, the Lin Kong Employment Home of Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone recently organized a free hands-on poster design training session. Employee representatives from Sunwoda, Hongli Optoelectronics, Fangden Environmental Protection, and other companies attended the training.

This training addresses common challenges employees face when creating recruitment posters and promotional materials. Delivered through a "theory + hands-on practice + on-site guidance" model, instructors introduced core design principles and demonstrated how to use essential design tools. Real-world business scenarios were used to break down creative workflows, with live demonstrations accompanying each step. Participants practiced alongside the instructor, asking questions as they arose and receiving immediate feedback. The session fostered an engaging learning environment with active interaction. Attendees consistently praised the training for its practical relevance to daily work and valuable takeaways.

The poster design hands-on public welfare skills training is one of the series of vocational skill enhancement activities organized by the Lin Kong Employment Home in Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Since the beginning of this year, the center has precisely aligned with enterprise needs, organizing events such as HR roundtable discussions, photography and video editing workshops, "Summer Cooling" initiatives, and parent-child care programs for employees' children. These efforts balance enterprise development with individual employee growth, enriching the park's cultural life while demonstrating greater warmth in caring for workers and stronger support for businesses.

Next, Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone's Airport Employment Home will continue to focus on enterprise development and address urgent employee needs by launching more practical, community-focused cultural and sports activities. We will expand our service dimensions to support high-quality park development.
